We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription if you are not satisfied with our service, subject to certain conditions.

1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria: • The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of your first purchase. • You have not exceeded 10% of your monthly credit allowance. • You have not violated our Terms of Service. • You have not previously requested a refund for any Brand's Child AI plan.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. • Top-up credits or "Pay-as-you-go" credits are non-refundable. • Accounts that have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service. • Requests made after the 7-day initial window.

4. Processing Time
